Job summary

Hawaiian in Amersfoort is opening mid-October and seeking hard-working team members to run shifts and grow with us. You should be ready to train for the next steps and commit to full-time hours.

As a shift leader, you’ll handle evenings and weekends, apply HACCP rules, keep guests satisfied, and learn on the job. Travel may be needed during the start period as you train at another restaurant.

Qualifications

• Has led a shift or team in hospitality; knows how to run a shift.
• Hospitality or foodservice experience; readiness to learn more.
• Must be 18+ and seeking full-time employment.
• Knows HACCP food safety rules or is eager to learn them.
• Evenings and weekends available.
• Stays calm when guests have questions or complaints.
• Enjoys working in a tribe and wants to grow.
• Has valid residence or work permit and BSN number.

The practical bit

LOCATION: Amersfoort (new restaurant, opening mid-October)

CONTRACT: full-time, 38 hours

START: as soon as possible. You train in another restaurant for the first weeks, so you need to be able to travel.
