Job summary

Hawaiian in the Netherlands is hiring for a full-time shift leader. You’ll run shifts, lead a guest-focused team, and learn a clear path from shift leader to restaurant manager. Training begins in another location, travel required.

You’ll earn €15.67 gross per hour for 38 hours weekly, with holiday days, commute reimbursement, and community events. If you love hospitality and growth, join our tribe.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and manage a small team.
• Train on the clock during onboarding.

• Travel for initial training at other restaurants.

Who you are

• Been a shift leader or led a team in hospitality? You know how to run a shift. And you like it.
• Not a shift leader yet? You have hospitality or foodservice experience and you’re ready for the next step. We’ll teach you the rest.
• You’re 18 or older and looking for a full-time job.
• You know the rules on food safety and hygiene (HACCP). Or you want to learn them.
• Evenings and weekends? Not a problem for you.
• You stay calm when a guest has a question or complaint. You sort it out.
• You like working in a tribe and you want to grow.
• You have a valid residence or work permit and a BSN number.

The practical bit

CONTRACT: full-time, 38 hours

START: as soon as possible. You train in another restaurant for the first weeks, so you need to be able to travel.
