Jondani Downtown in Amsterdam is seeking a Shiftleader to keep the shift running smoothly, greet guests with a smile, and lead the team to deliver top-tier service from start to finish.

In a fast-paced setting, you stay composed, guide staff, monitor stock, and ensure cleanliness and efficiency. Dutch and English communication is essential; a full-time role with room for growth in a vibrant restaurant.

Formación

• At least 1 year in hospitality, with team leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Cool under pressure with a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and delivering a great guest experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

As our Shiftleader, you’re the glue that holds the shift together. You’ll be the one making sure everything runs like clockwork, ensuring every guest is greeted with a smile and served like royalty. You’ll lead the team with confidence, setting the tone for how we deliver amazing service from start to finish. When the pace picks up, you’ll keep your cool and keep everything running smoothly, whether it’s handling unexpected situations or making sure every order is spot‑on. Your leadership ensures that the energy stays high, the team stays motivated, and the guest experience stays nothing short of excellent. What You will Do

• You’ll keep track of stock, report to management, and make sure everything is running efficiently behind the scenes.

About You

• You’ve got at least a year of experience in the hospitality game, preferably leading a team.
• You’re a born leader—motivating and inspiring the team is second nature to you.
• You’re cool under pressure, with a can‑do attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• You care about the details, and you’re all about delivering a great guest experience.
• You communicate like a pro in both Dutch and English.
• You’re flexible and ready to jump in when needed, whether it’s evenings or weekends.
• Experience with POS systems and admin tasks is a bonus.
