Job summary

Joe & the Juice is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily operations on your assigned shift and uphold our fast-paced, guest-focused service standard. You will drive DCWF execution, coach Juicers, and maintain high-energy service while supporting the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in food & beverage, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to motivate a diverse team across a busy shift. This on-site role offers opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/food service management.
• Ability to supervise daily shift operations.
• Strong guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DCWF standards are followed and delegate tasks.
• Oversee cleanliness and safety standards (Pink Standard) and document issues.
• Carry out Juicer training following the Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation mantra.
• Lead guest experience and address in-store feedback professionally.
• Monitor sales targets and report daily performance to management.
