Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You’ll lead by example, ensure compliance with policies, and drive performance across the store to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor, or a similar position).
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment (experience with teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Operational requirements: maintain a safe, healthy store and enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Employee engagement: assist Store Manager in developing the team through daily feedback and in-store training.
• Guest experience: ensure a guest-first approach and build strong guest relations.
• Performance management: help build sales and optimize store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
• Value-based leadership: assist in leading team members in line with company virtues.
