Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and enhance guest experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach a team, drive sales, and achieve KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, excellent communication, and a people-centric mindset, with opportunities for growth across locations and roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar).
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment (teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a management career.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and ensure store structures meet hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing the team through daily feedback, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure a guest-first approach to build strong guest relations and drive loyalty and store performance.
• Assist in building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Lead with company virtues and operational principles to inspire the team.
