Job summary

Joe & The Juice Utrecht is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily operations of the assigned shift and to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction while supporting the store management team.

You will lead a motivated team, provide Juicer training, ensure safety standards, and drive daily sales targets within a people-centric culture that supports career growth across our Moneyball path.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards by following the set structure and observing gaps based on store traffic; delegate tasks to maintain a productive team and provide feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure adherence to Pink Standard and food & bar safety; document and report issues.
• Juicer Training: Conduct planned Juicer training following our knowledge-training-practice-validation mantra.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience and handle in-store feedback professionally.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales during shifts, report on daily targets and deliveries.
