Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Manager in the Netherlands to lead daily operations on a shift, maintain high guest satisfaction, and support the store management team. The role emphasizes a people-centric approach, corrective feedback, and a train-every-day mindset to grow a capable team.

You will supervise tasks, ensure safety and quality standards, train juicers, enhance guest experiences, and monitor daily targets to support financial performance.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest possible standards by following the set structure and by observing operational gaps based on traffic in the store.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee, delegate, and follow up on checklists in the task-monitoring system to ensure adherence with our food & bar safety principles: Pink Standard.
• Juicer Training: Carry out planned Juicer training following our global training mantra: “Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation” leading to skilled, engaged, and dedicated team members.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example, encourage, and follow up on the team to deliver exceptional guest experience through our brand behaviour principles.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize the sales performance during shifts by communicating and following up on daily commercial targets.
