As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly during your shift. In the absence of management, you take on a leadership role, seamlessly transitioning between Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.

You remain calm and composed under pressure, handling emergencies with confidence and professionalism. With a passion for hospitality, you deliver a personalized and authentic guest experience, always striving to exceed expectations.

You think proactively and creatively, addressing guest feedback and complaints with a focus on continuous improvement. You are committed to enhancing overall service quality and operational efficiency.

In addition, you play a key role in coaching and training team members, setting a strong example through your leadership, professionalism, and dedication.

Job Requirements

• Excited to work in a large-scale hotel in The Hague
• Familiar with OPERA and comfortable working with the system
• Communicate confidently in English
• Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Have mastered daily operational tasks and can run a shift independently
• Take ownership and are proactive in sharing ideas for improvement
• Available full time
• Hands-on, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Can provide two professional references
