Job summary

Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. in De Meern, Netherlands, seeks a Manager Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) to lead SHEQ across distribution and manufacturing, report to the Director of Operations, EMEA, and foster a strong safety and quality culture.

You will develop and mentor a team of three Quality professionals, drive ISO compliance, manage audits, and coordinate safety training while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and business

Qualifications

• The essential requirement is a degree in a relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related).
• 3–5 years of SHEQ/EHS and/or Quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience implementing EHS programs, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and quality management systems, including ISO standards.
• Experience with ATEX and digital EHS platforms like Cority or Gensuite.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety, Health and Environment activities, ensuring RI&E compliance and EHS procedures.
• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives, waste and energy reduction, ISO alignment.
• Lead Quality management, support root cause analysis and audit documentation.
• Oversee laboratory activities and manage inks, make-ups, and cleaners setup.
• Lead and develop a team of three Quality professionals and mentor production teams on SHEQ topics.
• Partner across the organization as a Management Team member and support business continuity.
