Job summary

Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. is seeking a Manager Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) to ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality regulations across our Europe operations in De Meern, NL.

You will lead a three-person SHEQ team, mentor production and warehouse staff, and collaborate with senior management to set strategic direction. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field and 3–5 years’ SHEQ/Quality experience in manufacturing, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety).
• 3–5 years of SHEQ/EHS and/or Quality experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHEQ activities ensuring RI&E compliance, inspections, risk assessments and safety policies.
• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives incl. waste, energy, ESG and CSRD-related activities.
• Lead Quality management, ensure ISO standards adherence, and support root-cause analysis.
