Job summary

Manpower Netherlands is seeking a hands-on SHEQ Coordinator to strengthen our safety culture across a fast-paced manufacturing setting in the Netherlands. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and CAPA efforts while coaching teams to embed safety and environmental practices into daily operations.

The role requires minimum five years in SHE/HSE/EHS, English fluency, and a proactive, hands-on approach to improving safety performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience within SHE, HSE, or EHS roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and engagement across the organization.
• Perform risk assessments and support continuous safety improvements.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses (RCA).
• Deliver safety training and site inductions; run toolbox talks.
• Support compliance with Dutch and European SHE legislation and reporting.
