How You Keep The Engine Running With Us

As a Sheet Metal Worker Components, you will work in a high-tech MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environment, focusing on the repair, overhaul and modification of aircraft components in the workshop.

You will perform precision sheet metal work on structural parts and components in accordance with strict aviation standards, repair manuals and technical instructions. Your work directly contributes to the safety, reliability and airworthiness of aircraft components used by operators worldwide.

Working within our CMRO (Component Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) organization, you will collaborate closely with technicians and engineers to ensure high-quality repairs and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for a wide range of sheet metal activities on aircraft components, including:

  • Performing inspections and intake checks of aircraft components, including documenting findings and deviations
  • Repairing, overhauling and modifying components according to structural repair manuals, service bulletins and technical instructions
  • Shaping, forming, fitting and restoring aluminium, steel and composite-related parts
  • Carrying out precision sheet metal work using specialized tools and repair techniques
  • Recording completed work on repair cards and in maintenance systems
  • Working according to strict aviation quality standards, safety procedures and approved repair methods
  • Collaborating with colleagues within the CMRO team and contributing to process improvements

  • A completed MBO education in metalworking, aircraft maintenance, mechanics or a comparable technical field

  • Strong manual skills and precision in technical work
  • Good command of English, especially for reading and applying technical documentation
