Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht invites applications for a Safety, Health & Environment Management System Intern starting Jan/Feb 2027. You will support the Global SHE team in implementing and improving the management system across the organisation.

Join a global manufacturing environment, collaborate with regional teams, and help document control, governance and performance tracking while gaining practical experience with a simple, effective SHE framework.

Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in Safety, Health & Environment, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in SH&E, governance and continuous improvement.
Good organisational skills with ability to structure information and deadlines.
Proactive, curious and hands-on mindset with ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and follow-up of the Global SHE Management System requirements.
Maintain and improve SHE documentation, trackers, templates, guidance materials and tools.
Assist in SHE Management System reviews, audits, meetings and status updates.
Collect, organise and analyse information from regions and sites to monitor progress.
Coordinate with Regional and Local SHE teams to ensure alignment and actions.
Contribute to continuous improvement to simplify and strengthen SHE processes.
