Job summary

StaffHost digital is seeking a Medior ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow projects for enterprise and public sector customers across the Netherlands.

You will work closely with customers to understand requirements, translate them into practical ServiceNow solutions, and manage design through go-live with guidance from architects and senior consultants.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITSM.
• Experience with CSM or other Enterprise Service Management modules is a plus.
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience.
• Broad platform understanding (e.g., CMDB).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Dutch language skills (B1/B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow projects from design through go-live.
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow applications.
• Support workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Mentor and support more junior team members.
• Contribute to customer success and platform adoption.
