Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help design, build, and continuously improve the client’s online platform. You will research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions following best practices and standards while taking responsibility for resiliency and availability of different products.

Join a collaborative team focused on delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, with hands-on experience in SPM, PPM, and ITIL processes, and contribute to dashboards,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). (Mandatory)
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions to support strategic portfolio and project management.
• Configure and customize Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Program Management, and Portfolio Management modules.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and integrations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for portfolio visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, issue resolution, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps or Jira.
