Job summary

Itproposal is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to own delivery coordination for a high‑performance hub supporting enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. You will manage resourcing, scheduling, escalations, and KPI reporting while driving Agile execution across multi‑disciplinary teams.

The role requires deep ServiceNow module knowledge and a proven track record delivering ITSM, ITOM, and DevSecOps outcomes. Onsite collaboration with stakeholders and architects is essential.

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• CSA – Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery coordination for the hub.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Architect for resourcing, scheduling, and escalations.
• Ensure SLA adherence, utilization reporting, and delivery KPI tracking.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across ServiceNow workstreams.
• Lead Agile delivery execution across sprints and releases.
• Manage capacity planning, sprint planning, and backlog governance.
• Support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Scope and coordinate ServiceNow project delivery activities.
• Work with ServiceNow PPM, PMO, and reporting tools.
• Support delivery across ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and NowAssist (preferred).
• Handle escalations and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding for new TCS resources.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure alignment across architects, developers, testers, and business teams.
