Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks a ServiceNow SecOps engineer in Amsterdam to design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform. You will research and implement new technology solutions, ensuring resiliency and availability across products.

Key duties include configuring the SecOps module, automating workflows, integrating with security tools, and providing operational support. A strong ITIL/ITSM background and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development.
• Experience designing and developing automation flows and scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party security tools and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM functionalities.
• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration compliance.
• Experience with ServiceNow CI/CD, scoped app development, update sets, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with security applications like Splunk, Anomali, and vulnerability scanners such as Rapid7 and Tenable.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management workflows and incident response processes.
