Job summary
GeekSoft Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Architect in the Netherlands to design and implement enterprise integrations with ServiceNow. You will own the architecture for CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, and related data integrations across multi-domain environments.
The role requires hands-on work with APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and scheduled batch integrations, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations into ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, discovery and data integrations.
- Owns architecture and design for integrations between source systems and ServiceNow.
- Defines end-to-end integration strategies for platforms like Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM, NetBox.
- Guides developers on APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps and MID Server patterns.
Responsibilities
- Help design, build and improve the client's online platform.
- Research and implement new technology solutions following best practices.
- Ensure resiliency and availability of products.
- Lead technical design of secure, scalable integrations.
