Job summary

Accenture Technology in the Netherlands seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a global HR transformation team. You will work on planning through go-live, configuring modules, and delivering successful HR IT solutions for major multinationals in dynamic environments.

You will collaborate with clients, translate needs into SAP SuccessFactors configuration, and provide post‑go‑live support. The role emphasizes learning latest innovations and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

Completed bachelor's or master's degree.
Fluent in English; Dutch at least B2 level.
Minimum 1 year functional and/or configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong analytical, networking and communication skills.
HR-related work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Support implementation and configuration of modules, including analysis, setup, testing, deployment and go-live.
Provide post-go-live support, user training and documentation.
Build strong client relationships as trusted HR transformation advisor.
