The role emphasizes hands-on platform customization using JavaScript and GlideScript, CMDB modeling, and designing workflows with Flow Designer. Strong independence and clear communication are required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience.
• Hands-on configuration capabilities and workflow design.
• Experience supporting architects and senior consultants.
• Proficient in JavaScript and GlideScript development.
• Familiar with Now Assist and AI-enabled flow design.

Responsibilities

• Execute build and configuration tasks aligned with architecture.
• Deliver AI-driven features using Now Assist and Agentic AI flows.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform with JavaScript.
• Set up CMDB foundations, population, and data modeling.
• Design workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Perform test execution and triage defects.
• Provide written updates, risks, and progress reports.
• Work independently following PACE delivery playbooks.
