Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Eindhoven, Netherlands, seeks a ServiceNow BCM Consultant for a fixed-term engagement. You will design, build and continuously improve the client’s online platform, focusing on resilience, automation, and rapid service restoration.

The role requires CSA and CAD certifications, BCM experience with IRM, and integration with CMDB, Crisis Management Workspace, and external monitoring. This position offers a dynamic consulting environment and a flexible work mode.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring BIA dependency maps, assessment templates, impact scoring models, and RTO/RPO thresholds.
• Experience designing automated continuity workflows, plan templates, tabletop exercise frameworks, and real-time crisis execution checklists.
• Strong technical expertise in automating IT asset restoration sequences, backup validation, failover tracking, and service restoration timelines with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Expertise in configuring Crisis Management Workspace, mass notifications, scenario maps, and crisis coordination consoles.
• Experience integrating BCM with ServiceNow IRM, compliance assessments, control-gap tracking, and executive dashboards.
• Experience integrating BCM workflows with external monitoring, vendor risk portals, and IT infra tools using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST, SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of MID Server, Crisis Notification, and EMN integrations.
• Own the technical architecture, deployment, database design, and workspace configuration for enterprise ServiceNow BCM.
• Map critical applications and dependencies into a synchronized resilience model backed by the CMDB.
• Define and implement operational risk thresholds, alert boundaries, and crisis controls.
• CSA and CAD certifications are required.
• CIS-RC certification or BCM learning-path validation.

• Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Engine: Hands-on experience configuring BIA dependency maps, assessment templates, impact scoring models, and RTO/RPO thresholds.
• Continuity & Crisis Lifecycle: Experience designing automated continuity workflows, plan templates, tabletop exercise frameworks, and real-time crisis execution checklists.
• Disaster Recovery Integration: Strong technical expertise in automating IT asset restoration sequences, backup validation, failover tracking, and service restoration timelines integrated with the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Crisis Management Workspace: Expertise in configuring and extending Crisis Management Workspace, mass notifications, scenario-based event maps, and role-based crisis coordination consoles.
• BCM Risk & Compliance: Experience integrating BCM with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), compliance assessments, control-gap tracking, and executive resilience dashboards.
• Resiliency Integrations: Experience integrating BCM workflows with external monitoring platforms, vendor risk portals, and IT infrastructure tools using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of CSDM, Crisis Notification, and external Emergency Mass Notification (EMN) integrations using MID Server.
• Architect Resilience Governance: Own the technical architecture, deployment, database design, and workspace configuration for the enterprise-wide ServiceNow BCM platform.
• Infrastructure & Dependency Mapping: Map critical business applications, infrastructure layers, and dependencies into a synchronized resilience model backed by the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Risk & Crisis Controls: Define and implement operational risk thresholds, alert boundaries, and crisis orchestration controls to minimize downtime, communication gaps, and business disruption.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
• ServiceNow CIS – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) certification or relevant BCM learning-path validation.
