Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks a specialized BCM professional to design, build, and continuously improve a resilient online platform within a ServiceNow environment. You will lead automation for continuity workflows, backup validation, and crisis response planning, ensuring high availability and rapid service restoration across critical assets.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on BIA configuration, crisis management experience, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and IRM alignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring BIA dependency maps, assessment templates, impact scoring models, and RTO/RPO thresholds.
• Experience designing automated continuity workflows, plan templates, tabletop exercise frameworks, and crisis execution checklists.
• Strong technical expertise in automating IT asset restoration sequences, backup validation, failover tracking, and service restoration timelines with ServiceNow CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.
