Job summary

Mifa Aluminium B.V. in Venlo zoekt een Service Technician die servicetaken uitvoert aan productie-installaties. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, diagnosticeert storingen en voert reparaties en revisies uit aan elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische systemen.

Je analyseert samen met Engineering technische problemen, leest tekeningen en schema's, registreert werkzaamheden en werkt mee aan kleine verbeterprojecten in een moderne productieomgeving.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO-niveau technische opleiding of vergelijkbare ervaring.
• Ervaring met industrieel onderhoud en technische dienstverlening.
• Sterke kennis van elektrische en mechanische systemen.

Responsibilities

• Storingen analyseren en technische machinestoringen opsporen.
• Onderdelen vervangen en onderhoud plegen aan elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische systemen.
• Voortdurend technische tekeningen en schema's lezen en interpreteren.
• Onderhoudsactiviteiten registreren in het systemen.
• Projecten ondersteunen en samenwerken met Engineering.

Join Mifa in Venlo as a Service Technician and keep advanced production machinery running through maintenance, troubleshooting and technical repairs.

Over de functie

As a Service Technician at Mifa, you will be part of the Technical Services department and responsible for keeping production machinery and technical installations reliable and operational.

You will work with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical failures and performing repairs and overhauls. You will independently analyse machine problems, identify their root causes and determine the correct repair method.

Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and analysing technical machine failures
• Identifying root causes and determining the correct repair method
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Repairing and replacing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components
• Carrying out partial and complete machine overhauls
• Performing internal calibration procedures
• Carrying out machine modifications together with Engineering
• Testing machines and equipment after repairs or modifications
• Reading and working with technical drawings and electrical and mechanical schematics
• Recording maintenance activities, working hours and used materials in the maintenance system
• Updating technical drawings and schematics when required
• Supporting Technical Services projects and cooperating with external suppliers

• MBO-level technical education or comparable technical experience

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
