Job summary

Mifa in Venlo zoekt een Cutting / Brushing Operator voor de Extrusion-afdeling. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt het productieproces en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens werktekeningen en productie-orders.

Je meet met kalipers, micrometers en hoogtemeters en voert basisonderhoud uit. Je draagt bij aan training van collega’s met focus op veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in productie, manufacturering of machine-werking.
• Inzicht in het opvolgen van technische instructies en procedures.
• Kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewustzijn verplicht.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate en adjust cutting- en brushing-machines volgens tekeningen en productieorders.
• Produceer en inspecteer eerste producten op kwaliteit en maatvastheid.
• Voer metingen uit met calipers, micrometers, height gauges en feeler gauges.
• Observeer productieprocessen en pas machines aan waar nodig.
• Voer visuele en dimensionale kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreer resultaten digitaal.
• Vervang machine-onderdelen en klemmen en voer basisonderhoud uit.
• Reinig en verpak de afgewerkte producten volgens productie-standaarden.
• Ondersteun en train nieuwe operators en waarborg veiligheid en orde.

Samenvatting

Join Mifa in Venlo as a Cutting / Brushing Operator and become part of the Extrusion department, where you will be responsible for cutting, deburring and finishing aluminium profiles according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

Over de functie

As a Cutting / Brushing Operator, you will set up and adjust machines, monitor the production process and perform quality checks throughout the production cycle. You will use technical drawings, work instructions and production orders to ensure that every product meets the required specifications.

You will also carry out measurements using different precision measuring tools and perform basic machine maintenance when required.

Your responsibilities include:

• Set up, operate and adjust cutting and brushing machines based on technical drawings and production orders.
• Produce and inspect first-off products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and feeler gauges.
• Monitor production processes and make machine adjustments when required.
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections and record results digitally.
• Replace machine components and clamps and perform basic maintenance.
• Clean, pack and stack finished products according to production standards.
• Support and train new operators while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.
