Job summary

Mifa in Venlo zoekt een Cutting / Brushing Operator voor de Extrusion-afdeling. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt het productieproces en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens tekeningen en productieorders.

Je voert metingen uit met nauwkeurige gereedschappen en voert basis onderhoud uit. Een fulltime positie in een twee-ploegendienst met groeikansen binnen een technisch productie-omgeving.

Qualifications

• Beheerst Engels in woord en schrift.
• Basiskennis van productie- en kwaliteitswerk vereist.
• Inschaling op basis van ervaring in een productieomgeving kan plaatsvinden.

Responsibilities

• Set up, opereer en pas snij- en borstmachines aan volgens tekeningen en productieorders.
• Produceer en inspecteer eerste stukken op kwaliteit en afmetingen.
• Voer nauwkeurige metingen uit met kalibers, micrometers, hoogtemeters en feeler gauges.
• Controleer het productieproces en voer indien nodig machineaanpassingen uit.
• Voer visuele en dimensionale kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreer resultaten digitaal.
• Vervang machine-onderdelen en klemmen en voer basisonderhoud uit.
• Schoonmaken, verpakken en stapelen van eindproducten volgens productienormen.
• Ondersteun en train nieuwe operators terwijl veiligheid en orde gewaarborgd blijven.

SamenvattingJoin Mifa in Venlo as a Cutting / Brushing Operator and become part of the Extrusion department, where you will be responsible for cutting, deburring and finishing aluminium profiles according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

Over de functie

As a Cutting / Brushing Operator, you will set up and adjust machines, monitor the production process and perform quality checks throughout the production cycle. You will use technical drawings, work instructions and production orders to ensure that every product meets the required specifications.

You will also carry out measurements using different precision measuring tools and perform basic machine maintenance when required.

Your responsibilities include:

• Set up, operate and adjust cutting and brushing machines based on technical drawings and production orders.
• Produce and inspect first-off products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and feeler gauges.
• Monitor production processes and make machine adjustments when required.
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections and record results digitally.
• Replace machine components and clamps and perform basic maintenance.
• Clean, pack and stack finished products according to production standards.
• Support and train new operators while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.
