Job summary

Mifa Aluminium B.V. in Venlo zoekt een Service Technician om productie-machines operationeel te houden via onderhoud, storing en revisies.

Je werkt in het Technical Services team met aandacht voor elektrisch, mechanisch en hydraulisch systeemwerk, met systemen voor preventief en corrigerend onderhoud en het oplossen van technische storingen. Qualifications

• MBO-niveau technische opleiding vereist.
• Ervaring in industrieel onderhoud en onderhoudsservice.
• Sterke kennis van elektrische en mechanische systemen.
• Kennis van hydraulische systemen.
• Vaardigheid in diagnostische fault finding.
• In staat om tekeningen en schema's te lezen.
• Hands-on en praktische onderhoudsmentaliteit.
• Bereidheid tot 2-ploegendienst.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewust werken.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands/Engels/Duits.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting en analyse van technische machinefouten.
• Verantwoordelijk voor preventief en correctief onderhoud.
• Uitvoeren van reparaties en revisies van elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische onderdelen.
• Uitvoeren van gedeeltelijke en volledige machine-revisies.
• Intern kalibratieprocedures uitvoeren.
• Samenwerken met Engineering bij machinewijzigingen.
• Testen van machines na reparaties of wijzigingen.
• Technische tekeningen en schema's lezen en toepassen.
• Onderhoudsactiviteiten, uren en gebruikte materialen registratie in het onderhoudssysteem.
• Technische tekeningen bijwerken waar nodig.
• Ondersteunen van Technical Services projecten en samenwerken met externe leveranciers.

Samenvatting

Join Mifa in Venlo as a Service Technician and keep advanced production machinery running through maintenance, troubleshooting and technical repairs.

Over de functie

As a Service Technician at Mifa, you will be part of the Technical Services department and responsible for keeping production machinery and technical installations reliable and operational.

You will work with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical failures and performing repairs and overhauls. You will independently analyse machine problems, identify their root causes and determine the correct repair method.

Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and analysing technical machine failures
• Identifying root causes and determining the correct repair method
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Repairing and replacing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components
• Carrying out partial and complete machine overhauls
• Performing internal calibration procedures
• Carrying out machine modifications together with Engineering
• Testing machines and equipment after repairs or modifications
• Reading and working with technical drawings and electrical and mechanical schematics
• Recording maintenance activities, working hours and used materials in the maintenance system
• Updating technical drawings and schematics when required
• Supporting Technical Services projects and cooperating with external suppliers

Wat wij vragen

• MBO-level technical education or comparable technical experience
• Experience in industrial maintenance, technical service or machine maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and technical fault diagnosis
• Ability to independently analyse and solve technical problems
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
• A practical and hands-on approach to maintenance and repairs
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Safety- and quality-conscious working attitude
• Good communication skills in Dutch, English or German
