Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Service Technician Supervisor on-site in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will lead a multicultural team of technicians in our European service lab, ensuring top-quality calibration and repair services for test equipment across EMEA.

You will apply Lean and Kaizen to streamline workflows and hit our KPI: 95% of repairs/calibrations returned within 5 working days. You will report on delivery performance, coach your team, and collaborate with logistics to support growth and customer

Qualifications

• A mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a multicultural team.
• Proven English communication and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team of technicians.
• Ensure timely and high-quality calibration and repair services.
• Monitor and report on KPIs with a focus on on-time delivery.
• Support customers with technical advice and service queries.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to manage growth.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to optimize workflows.
• Use office tools to manage reports, schedules, and performance metrics.
