Job summary

Accelleron is seeking a Service Sales Manager to strengthen our Rotterdam team. You will lead the service sales team, identify opportunities, and translate customer needs into compelling service solutions, working at the intersection of customers, technology and operations.

You will build trusted relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitable service offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, maritime technology, or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, service sales, account management or technical sales with proven targets.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the service sales team with clear priorities.
• Translate commercial objectives into action plans and support opportunities.
• Develop and grow service business with existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage the commercial sales process from opportunity to order.
