Job summary

Accelleron, based in Rotterdam, is seeking a Service Sales Manager to grow service business and translate customer needs into value-adding service solutions. You will lead a sales team, coordinate opportunities, and work with service operations to deliver profitable outcomes.

You bring a commercial mindset with technical understanding, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships across the equipment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, maritime technology, business or related field.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, service sales, account management or technical sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience leading a sales team and translating priorities into team results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the service sales team, setting priorities and fostering customer-focused execution.
• Translate commercial objectives into action plans and drive opportunity development and quotes.
• Develop and grow service business with existing and prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and translate needs into service solutions and proposals.
• Manage the commercial sales process from opportunity to order and support negotiations to protect margins.
