Job summary

Avantor Sciences is seeking a proactive Service Coordination professional to support our operations team by keeping administrative processes aligned with our Quality Management System. You will use our TDM system and drive KPIs at both departmental and individual levels to uphold service excellence.

You will plan and deploy technicians efficiently, draw up quotations and contracts, and manage purchasing and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 / HBO level education in a relevant field.
• Experience in a service company.
• ERP system knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Clear and effective communication with customers, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Customer oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Technical background may be required depending on sector.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Prepare quotes for services and parts, and draft service contracts with clients.
• Source parts and purchase materials for service tasks.
• Maintain records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions.
• Handle invoicing, payments, and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance, validation, and calibration to meet regulatory standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests.
