Job summary

Malvern Panalytical in Eindhoven is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Service Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling service requests and coordinating field service across the Benelux region.

Daily duties include creating quotations, managing contracts, handling orders and billing plans, and using SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dutch (native) and English fluent; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient with Office 365, Salesforce and SAP4/HANA.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register incoming customer calls with accurate data.
• Provide coverage for absent team members to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate to achieve first-time-fix and optimal resource use.
• Prepare cost estimations and quotations with agreed terms.
• Manage service contracts, renewals, invoicing and due dates.
• Schedule preventive maintenance visits for service engineers.
• Coordinate with customers for risk-prevention access.
