Job summary

The Big Family Group in Roermond is seeking a Service Manager to lead the floor with pace, focus, and hospitality. You will guide the team during service, partner with the Head of Service, and ensure a high-energy, guest-centered experience.

You bring leadership naturally, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure while guiding service operations, including evenings and weekends in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education in hospitality at level 3 or 4, or proven relevant work experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role within service is a strong plus.
• Able to understand service processes, keep a team running smoothly and be flexible including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during service, work with pace and hospitality to ensure quality.
• Communicate smoothly with kitchen and bar, maintaining energy, calm and flow on the floor.
• Be the main point of contact for colleagues and guests, and support Head of Service.
