ING Netherlands’ Retail Contact Centre seeks an enthusiastic intern to help shape the Customer Experience Centre (CEC). You will research, design, and develop the concept, mapping customer contact drivers and frictions and identifying improvement opportunities.

You will work alongside experienced Customer Journey Experts, translating insights into actionable recommendations while gaining practical, hands-on experience in a large international bank.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Data Science, Marketing, Customer Experience, Organizational Sciences, or related field.
• Interest in customer experience and digital transformation.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Able to engage with stakeholders and structure research.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine the Customer Experience Centre concept.
• Map customer contact drivers and frictions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and reduce contacts.
• Translate insights into improvement initiatives and measurements.
