Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs daily and lead the Control Center meetings.
• Oversee and optimize the order fulfillment process and QA activities.
• Analyze order-related data to generate reports and provide insights.
• Manage backorder handling and customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill customer and supplier agreements.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
