Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Team Leader to assist the Supervisor in optimizing order fulfillment in our EMEA distribution center. You will balance proactive quality assurance with reactive quality control to uphold high standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team, align staffing with tasks, monitor KPIs, analyze order data, and drive continuous improvement in processing times, quality issues, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO qualification or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years in order fulfillment, warehouse management, or quality assurance.
• Proven experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to generate reports and insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with order management systems and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and motivation to team members.
• Lead daily Control Center meetings and monitor KPI trends.
• Monitor backorder management, orders, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill customer and supplier agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement in processing times and product quality.
• Analyze order-related data to generate reports for decision-making.
