Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Netherlands is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer – Service Quality to strengthen the quality and reliability of medical device service and repair. You will partner with DPS Service Centers to ensure Quality System requirements are met and to deliver dependable outcomes for customers and patients.

In this role you will drive cross‑functional initiatives across Service Operations, Customer Quality, and other functions, manage CAPAs, audits, and nonconformances, and promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality (medical devices and validation of equipment preferred).
• Lean six sigma Green/Black Belt preferred; Project Management Certification is a plus.
• Experience in regulated ISO 13485 industries.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for quality and compliance aspects for assigned WW Service Center(s) in the assigned Region.
• Coordinate the Regional Quality Plan and oversee QMS execution across sites.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency, compliance and quality outcomes.
• Manage CAPAs, nonconformances, and audit observations across the Netherlands Service Center and regional QMS.
