Job description

At Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, we help create seamless experiences for customers around the world. Behind every successful service relationship is a well-managed contract — and this is where you come in.

As a Contract Specialist (Service Contracts), you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of customer service contracts and associated supplier agreements. You will ensure that contracts are accurately managed, commercially sound and effectively administered from initial creation through to amendments, renewals and closure.

This is a highly collaborative role with broad exposure across the business. You will work with customers, suppliers, Finance and operational teams, gaining a valuable understanding of how contracts connect to financial bookings, revenue, costs and profitability.

The role is initially offered on a one-year contract, with a genuine opportunity for extension or a permanent position depending on business needs and performance. This makes it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a global organisation, make an impact quickly and build a longer-term career in contract management or commercial operations.

Role Overview - What’s ‘In-store’?
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer service contracts and associated supplier agreements
  • Create, update, and maintain contract documentation, including amendments, extensions, and renewals
  • Prepare and validate contract calculations, pricing information, and service requests
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and service documentation
  • Support contract invoicing by providing accurate billing and financial information
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Monitor and forecast current and future service contract activity
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding contract-related queries
  • Provide accurate contract and financial information for reporting and decision-making
  • Develop an understanding of how contracts impact revenue, costs and profitability
  • Produce reports and contract data insights for management and operational teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and service delivery

You do not need to be a Finance specialist. What matters is that you are comfortable working with numbers and commercially minded — with an interest in understanding how business decisions and contracts translate into financial outcomes.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in contract lifecycle management and an interest in the wider commercial side of business.

  • Experience managing or coordinating customer and/or supplier contracts
  • Experience working across different stages of the contract lifecycle, such as creation, amendments, extensions and renewals
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Confidence working with Excel, data and financial information
  • An understanding of commercial concepts such as revenue, costs, profit and loss, margins, financial bookings or invoicing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Experience in contract administration, commercial operations, service operations, finance, procurement or a related field would be valuable.
