Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam offers a Service Communication Internship for 5-6 months starting February 2027. You will learn to design, implement, and maintain content for our multilingual Help Center, Chatbot, and Customer Service tool while improving the digital customer experience and your customer-focused writing skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or Business
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
• Proficient with MS Office; Canva and Adobe Suite are a plus
• Highly organized with energy and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing service communication processes
• Create, maintain, and optimize content for Help Center and Chatbot
• Document communication materials (photos, videos, testimonials)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement or improve customer service communications/systems
• Support the development of engaging content for service initiatives
• Research best practices to enhance omnichannel communication strategies
