Job summary

The Social Hub seeks a Service Communication Intern in Amsterdam for a 5-6 month program starting February 2027. You will assist with content creation, implementation, and maintenance across multilingual Help Center, Chatbot, and Customer Service tools, while learning to enhance the digital customer experience.

You will work with the Service Hub team and other departments to improve operations, write content, and develop skills in customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree (Marketing, Branding, Communication, Business)
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Proactive with ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and optimization of service communication processes
• Create, maintain, and optimize content for Help Center and Chat bot channels
• Organize and document communication materials (photos, videos, testimonials)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to select, implement, or improve service-related communications or systems
• Contribute to developing engaging content for service initiatives
• Research best practices to enhance omnichannel communication strategies
