JAMES Autoservice van den Berg in Hoofddorp is seeking a Service Advisor. You will greet customers, answer emails and calls, and explain workshop findings. You proactively schedule follow-up visits and manage invoices and leasing communications. This 40-hour on-site role requires an MBO education level and a customer-focused mindset.

You will be the face of the workshop, ensuring customers understand the condition of their vehicle and feel at home during every visit.
