You will be the face of the workshop, ensuring customers understand the condition of their vehicle and feel at home during every visit.

Qualifications

• MBO education required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize workshop visits.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and make them feel at home at the workshop.
• Reply to emails and phone calls from customers.
• Inform customers about the state of work and what was done during visits.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule additional workshop visits.
• Handle administrative tasks like sending invoices and contacting leasing companies.
