Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Sequence Engineer & SMIX Lead to act as the FLS expert for Service Sequences, ensuring actions are safe, efficient and first-time-right through strong sequence engineering support and stakeholder alignment.

You will drive sequence readiness, support complex escalations, and translate learnings into structural improvements across the EUV Factory, coordinating with Manufacturing, PE, System Delivery, and D&E teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level in a technical degree with focus on data analysis, mechanical, electrical, or physics.
• At least 5 years of coordination or technical experience in escalation management and operational organization.
• Strong track record in operational coordination/work prep.

Responsibilities

• Act as the FLS subject matter expert for Service Sequences.
• Provide advanced support on GRE, GEAR, POD and sequence-related tooling.
• Coordinate creation of missing sequences with D&E, PE and service stakeholders.
• Lead SMIX readiness and industrialization discussions across NXE products.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
