Karl Lagerfeld is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive revenue growth and profitability through data-led insights and strategic analysis. You will partner across Commercial, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain to translate findings into actionable business actions.

The role combines hands-on analysis with commercial judgement, requiring proactive identification of opportunities and strong stakeholder influence within a dynamic, luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics or similar data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of commercial performance metrics (sales, margin, profitability).
• Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and quantify commercial growth opportunities, translating insights into measurable actions.
• Analyze business performance across sales, profitability, operations, products, channels, markets and customers.
• Identify key drivers, trends, risks and opportunities impacting results.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, latest estimates and long-range planning with insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to drive decision-making for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Product, Supply Chain and Operations to align on priorities.
