The role partners with Commercial, Finance, Product, Supply Chain and Operations teams to identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improve profitability.

The role combines strong analysis with commercial judgment and requires the confidence to influence stakeholders and drive measurable business impact in a hybrid Amsterdam setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics or similar data-driven roles.
• Proficient in translating data into actionable insights for commercial decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify commercial growth opportunities with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance across sales, profitability, operations, products, channels, markets and customers.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting, latest estimates and long-range planning with insights.
