Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily performance of three fashion-focused warehouses in Venray. You will report to the Site Manager and lead two Warehouse Managers, Team Leaders and roughly 400 staff, guiding automation and digitalization efforts while ensuring top-tier service for the customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related field required.
• 3+ years in logistics/warehouse ops, preferably with fashion retail customers.
• Experience with WMS systems and automated distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive daily warehouse operations across three sites to deliver KPI targets.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate warehouse activities with weekly workload and priorities.
• Provide training, evaluations and development for teams; ensure resources for managers.
