You will travel to stores in the Netherlands and Europe, coaching teams to raise in-store presentation and performance. • Extensive Visual Merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Proven experience coaching, training or developing colleagues.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Visual Merchandising execution across premium store formats and regions.
• Visit and support stores across the Netherlands and Europe to improve in-store execution.
• Drive VM improvements by identifying opportunities and coaching teams.
