Qualifications

• Senior field VM role coordinating store VM standards.
• Experience leading store openings and refits.
• Ability to coach VM Specialists and spread best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Visual Merchandising execution across premium store formats.
• Visit and support stores across the Netherlands and Europe to improve execution.
• Coach and develop VM Specialists I & II.
• Partner with Area Managers and Heads of Retail to optimise customer experience.
