Job summary

Sping BV in the Netherlands is seeking a senior UX designer to design systems that genuinely work for end users. You own projects from research to final delivery, collaborating with developers to build practical, user-friendly interfaces that deliver real business value.

You’ll champion human-AI interaction, translating complex data flows into intuitive user flows, and act as a strategic sparring partner for clients, guiding roadmaps and managing expectations with confidence.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing your process and approach matters.
• Experience with research, concepting, and visual design.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

You design systems that are essential to people’s daily work. You go for digital solutions that genuinely work in practice and add value for the end user.

Building impactful systems

No two days are the same: one week you’re diving into an innovative healthcare application, the next you’re streamlining logistics processes in the port of Rotterdam, or helping an ambitious fintech startup conquer the market. You’re the strategic sparring partner for our clients. You see through the question behind the question and translate complex business challenges into intuitive digital solutions with direct impact. You’re not just an executor; you take the lead, proactively coordinate with project management, and advise clients on the direction of the project. Whether it’s sharpening the roadmap or managing expectations: you’re the UX authority at the table.
