Hybrid

What are you going to do?

From a support worker in disability care to a doctor in geriatric rehabilitation, healthcare professionals need different information and support to do their jobs well. With Nedap Ons, we develop software that helps them do just that, so they can focus on the people who need care.

Within the Dossier Tribe, we work on the health record in the Ons Suite. This brings together client information, medication, care reports, and care evaluations. The variety of users and care processes makes this a challenging design environment: how do you make complex software feel simple and intuitive?

As aUX Designer, you explore the daily work of healthcare professionals and translate their needs into thoughtful solutions. You work across research, design, validation, and evaluation. You look beyond individual screens or projects, understand how everything connects, and help teams make design decisions that work for different user groups.

Your responsibilities

You make complex care processes easier to understand and help healthcare professionals navigate the health record. You do this together with software developers, product owners, and other UX designers.

You conduct interviews, workshops, and usability tests to understand the challenges healthcare professionals face and the support they need.

You translate research insights into designs that support the work of different healthcare professionals, taking into account how care processes connect.

You test and evaluate solutions with users, helping the team determine what works and what can be improved.

You share your thinking and actively collaborate with colleagues in development, account management, and sales, as well as product owners. You adapt your communication to healthcare professionals, designers, developers, and commercial colleagues.

S You identify opportunities for improvement, share your knowledge, and help colleagues incorporate user insights into their work.

Your team

As aUX Designer you will join the UX team within the Dossier Tribe. From this team, you collaborate on projects with various development teams, both within and outside the tribe. You exchange ideas with other UX designers about research, design decisions, and the connections between projects. This allows you to learn from each other’s approaches while helping shape UX practice at Nedap.

We work in a hybrid setting and meet regularly at the Nedap Campus in Groenlo to design together, discuss ideas, and challenge each other. And, of course, to catch up and share a laugh. You have the freedom to shape your own approach, with colleagues around you to offer ideas and support.

Our offer

What's in it for you?

We have the ambition and the opportunity to shape the future. And we need people with the drive to turn that into meaningful impact. You get the chance to contribute to something truly unique, alongside more than 1,000 driven and like-minded colleagues.

From day one, you help us fulfill our purpose: Technology for Life. The way you grow, take initiative, and deliver impact helps bring that purpose to life. We shape what’s next. Together.

  • Compensation. Matching your knowledge and experience. The range for this role is € 4351 - € 6007 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours).
  • Financial benefits. A 13th month, a solid pension plan, profit sharing, and the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.
  • Space and trust. You coordinate your own working hours and vacation days in consultation with your colleagues to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

As aUX Designer you enjoy tackling challenges where a simple user experience hides considerable complexity. You help colleagues understand your reasoning and welcome different perspectives. You are comfortable acknowledging what you do not yet know, questioning assumptions, and providing direction when decisions need to be made. Drawing on your experience, you act as a resource for colleagues and help others develop their UX approach.

You also bring the following:
